There is a $2.00 fee per ticket not included in pricing. Tours take place daily at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
All activities require reservations and full payment. Guests must wear full shoes for all activities. (No open toes or heels. No sandals.)
Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless Wilstem has to cancel due to severe weather or dangerous conditions.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your encounter or activity start time. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduled activity or forfeit of payment.
